I have a pair of Bebe Shoes...

I grabbed them at a garage sale because my mom thought they might be vintage. I figured since Bebe opened in 1976 that it is possible.

Glad to send pic. They are cork heels(not platforms) leather upper and an open square toe. How Can you tell vintage from the fakes?

VFC: Hi Gina,

The best way to spot a fake that tries this hard is to really look at the quality of the tag, and the size tag placement.

Also Bebe always puts a reference number under their tags, and anything authentic will have the black Bebe label inside telling your where it was made and what it is made of.

If there is a material content tag it has the Bebe signature name of the color on it. Instead of just plain pink or blue it would be "PINK FROST" or "COBALT BLUE" etc. If the tag says BEBE SPORT but the logo says BEBE and vice-verse that is all wrong too.

The photo will definitely help, if you have difficulties in uploading it, just email it to us:

Good luck and best wishes,
Alena
